Skate Kennedy Plaza – Right in front of the 5-0!
On Saturday, July 18th, Providence’s finest skate shop, Fountain of Youth, is setting up a one-day-only skate park as part of the second annual IndieArts Fest. From 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, skaters young and old can work out their tricks and meet fellow riders against a musical backdrop of local bands. The skate session is just one of the perks of IndieArts Fest, a showcase of independent art and culture at Greater Kennedy Plaza’s Bank of America Skating Center and Burnside Park. From 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM, fest-goers can enjoy the best of local food, beer, and music… and the best part is (groms), entrance is free!
